Empowering others has been the theme of Sheryl's career. Applying her skills from the high school journalism classroom to adult learning and technology, she has now served a variety of teams in a multitude of capacities. Her focus, however, has been primarily in SaaS roles serving both small and large organizations in Sales Enablement and Product Marketing roles.
In the past 10 years, she's heard the voice of her customer throughout her efforts at each company while embracing the cross-functional necessity of communicating customer insights. Customer experiences span overseeing weekly customer advisory boards, developing data-based ICPs, developing customer-content portals, and providing customer interview intelligence across the organization.
Sales enablement functions have included establishing sales playbooks, onboarding and training from scratch and along with competitive analyses/battle cards. Currently developing processes, communication channels and sales support for a fast-growing global payroll platform company, Papaya Global, Sheryl is a party of one, where she is interfacing across all teams to implementing tools, content needs, reporting and onboarding.
