Sam is the Global Services Director for Juniper Customer Success Strategy and Service Enablement. She is responsible for driving strategic alignment on vision, objectives and direction for the Service Management Transformation and Customer Success Programs at Juniper. She is also responsible for the successful roll out and adoption of other key initiatives, which include the Sales to Service Transition we will be speaking about today. Sam has held various Customer Service and Support roles throughout her career, and the driving factor in every role has been her passion to deliver a stellar customer experience, and make sure her customers see value in every interaction. Customer success is when the customer attains outcomes with a said product/service that prove the value of that vendor’s product/service. By enabling Service Managers and Partner Service Managers to adopt Customer Success mindsets, methodologies and skills, we are helping our customers get closer to their outcomes.
Sam lives in San Jose, CA with her husband and 9-year-old son. They enjoy the outdoors, and at any given time you will find them hiking, mountain biking, skiing or surfing!
