We need creative, elegant, scalable solutions to produce a long-term transformation in the way the sales organisation educates itself.
I believe we learn best when we are inspired to do it, not required to do it. So as Sales Enablement leaders, we need to challenge the status quo. We need to stop making learning a chore and instead enable learning that is as inspiring, productive and engaging as it is in the digital world outside of work.
