Anna established IR's Sales Enablement function from scratch and has tapped into easy and effective tactics to keep Sales engaged, whether it's their first week in the organisation, they're steamrolling quotas, when they're not hitting the mark or they get promoted to Sales leaders. Anna has a Masters in Digital Marketing and before Sales Enablement was an avid Content Marketer. Anna has spent most of her career in the B2B tech space, working in telco (& now UC), contact center and financial industries. Anna's career has been split between Dublin, Ireland and Sydney, Australia.

About this Speaker
Anna leads IR's Sales Enablement function globally for IR from their headquarters in Sydney. IR is an Australian founded and ASX listed tech company with sales offices in Denver, London, Singapore, Düsseldorf & Washington D.C. There are also a significant portion of Sales people working remotely across all regions. Anna established the function from scratch in 2018 and since then has introduced a one stop shop Sales portal, an economic justifications toolkit, weekly bitesize video news clips, comprehensive insights across the board, buyer’s journey, personas & content mapping, sales onboarding, training at a distance, online Partner community and countless Sales assets and workshops.
At the moment Anna is in a seconded role in IR project managing teams in R&D, Product Management, Sales & Marketing to bring the company's cloud platform to market but will be returning full-time to Sales Enablement soon and is looking forward to driving the next wave of projects.
Anna has a keen interest in public speaking and is President of Professional Women Sydney Toastmasters Club. Anna is also the co-founder of WondIR People.
